Shipping Policy

Lula offers a standard delivery aiming to have your order with you within 10 working days. This is a flat rate of £4.75. Any orders over £120 will automatically receive free shipping discount. Lula reserves the right to modify the shipping costs so please review these frequently. You can also reserve and collect your order in store free of charge although please be sure to check our opening hours below (subject to change).

Returns Policy

 

As a consumer, you are entitled to a refund, exchange or credit note up to 30 days after the date of purchase should the item be deemed faulty. Lula cannot be held liable for washing errors so please ensure that you follow the care instructions on your garments. Faults do not include damage caused by negligence by the consumer so please ensure that you handle your garments with care.

In the event that you change your mind, Lula will offer a refund, exchange or credit note within 14 days of receipt of the purchase if purchased online and 7 days if purchased in store. Please be careful when handling your item as any merchandise must be deemed to be in it's original condition in order for the return to be processed (i.e. unworn, undamaged, free of makeup/deodorant/perfumes/pet hair, and with the original tags still intact). Lula reserves the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return or exchange. Sale items purchased at 40% discount or more are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable nor do we provide pre-paid returns in the event that you have changed your mind regarding your purchase. Lula will pay for return postage should the item be deemed faulty, however. Should this be the case, please email Lula with a photo clearly depicting the fault and we will assist you in getting this back to us. Lula also does not accept responsibility for any items returned which do not reach our headquarters, therefore we would recommend that you return unwanted purchases via a recorded service. Lula is committed to safeguarding your personal information and privacy. Our privacy policy explains how we use and protect the information that you share with us when you use our website.

When you place an order with us, we collect data provided by you which allows us to process your order. This includes personal data such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we automatically receive your IP address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

Certain third party service providers, such as payment gateways have their own privacy policies in respect of the information that we are required to provide to them for your purchase related transactions. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, altered or destroyed.
